Are there convenience fees?

A small processing fee is charged by our payment processor (typically 2.5% for credit cards or a flat fee for e-checks). The fee is disclosed before you confirm.

Can I set up auto-pay?

Yes. After your first online payment, log in to the customer portal and enable AutoPay. You can choose credit card or bank transfer.

What if I miss a payment?

A late fee is added 10 days after the due date. Service disconnection may occur after 30 days. Contact Utility Billing immediately if you need a payment plan.
